3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not upload or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Not attempt to bypass security measures or one-time view restrictions
• Not use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Not use automated systems to abuse the Service

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Content: You may not use OneTimeView to share:

• Illegal content (including pirated materials)
• Child exploitation material (CSAM)
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Spam or unsolicited commercial content
• Content intended to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Personal information of others without consent

5. Content Deletion and Data Loss

Important Notice: OneTimeView automatically deletes content after one view or expiration. You acknowledge that:

• Content is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
• We are not responsible for lost or deleted content
• You should maintain backups of important information
• Deleted content cannot be retrieved by anyone, including us

6. Service Limitations

6.1 Free Tier

• Text secrets only
• 24-hour maximum expiration
• No password protection
• May include advertisements

6.2 Premium Tier

• File uploads (up to 500MB)
• Password protection
• Custom expiration times
• Ad-free experience

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you upload. By using the Service, you grant OneTimeView a limited license to store and deliver your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when your content is deleted.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security of content transmission
• Prevention of unauthorized access
• Availability of specific features

9. Limitation of Liability

OneTimeView shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of data or content
• Unauthorized access to secrets
• Service interruptions or errors
• Third-party actions

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal or harmful activity
• Abuse of the Service
• Non-payment (for premium users)

11. Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

13. Governing Law
